Mugi no Hana ~Shared Life Is Beautiful~

A story about women in their 30's running a share house. Mugi, a woman who was dumped by her boyfriend after prioritizing her idol activities over their anniversary date, reexamines her way of life and how she interacts with others, and consults her best friend Tomoyo about her worries. Tomoyo suggests to Mugi that they work together to create a share house that will be "a women's garden where girls can be independent and support each other." Despite not knowing how to find tenants and how to interact with the people they live with, this manga depicts how the girls build their ideal home where they can be themselves.
