MyMangaIndex is not intended, nor does it allow or have mechanisms specifically designed, for the transfer of copyrighted material between users. There are no direct links to torrents, zip files, images, or any other potentially infringing content on this website.

MyMangaIndex does not own or imply ownership of any of the images used on the site. All images belong to their respective owners. MyMangaIndex members and its host are not liable for any of the content displayed on this site.

By submitting information to this site, you agree to allow MyMangaIndex to display it unconditionally. The content remains yours, but you allow us to display it for any undisclosed time as we see fit. All other content is owned by MyMangaIndex and therefore may not be used without written consent from one of the administrators of MyMangaIndex.

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled;
3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content;
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in New York for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which MyMangaIndex may be found; and
6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

If a counter-notification is received by our Copyright Agent, MyMangaIndex may send a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party informing that person that we may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member or user, the removed content may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification, at our sole discretion.

The DMCA requires that you swear to the facts in your copyright complaint under penalty of perjury. It is a federal crime to intentionally misrepresent that material is infringing. MyMangaIndex considers a "repeat infringer" to be any user that has uploaded or posted material for which MyMangaIndex has received more than two takedown notices compliant with the DMCA with respect to such user. MyMangaIndex reserves the right to terminate a user's account after receiving a single notification of infringement if the circumstances warrant such action.

As a manga database, MyMangaIndex provides information about manga titles, authors, characters, and related topics. This information is provided for educational and informational purposes. When displaying cover images, character artwork, or similar visual materials, we strive to do so within the boundaries of fair use:

1. We display only small thumbnail images for identification purposes
2. We provide attribution to the original creators and publishers
