Synopsis
End of the 20th century. Japan GNP became number one to lead the world economy. However, do not think Japan is easily enjoying prosperity. Far-left forces and a communist terrorist group are in Japan trying to bring down Japan's economy and take over the government. Japanese government was concerned about this, the Metropolitan Police Department Ministry of Public Security has established a new special public security service, which specializes in terrorist countermeasures.
