The main character, Hitoma Rokujo , whose sturdiness was bought by a "certain agency'' in the government , infiltrates the opaque reality of the international friendly organization "Anabolic Academy'' with Two-By - Fou , a Canadian from Quebec. However, due to his innate stupidity, he completely forgets his original purpose.

Adapted to Anabolic Academy, where merit is supreme and class conflict is intense. He fights passionately and ridiculously against a number of perverted sports enthusiasts for the jersey.
