Hana to Tsutomu

Set in the Taisho era, this romantic comedy depicts the relationship between a nouveau riche heiress and a son of a fallen noble family.

Higashigane Hana’s father achieved massive success during the wartime boom, allowing her to transfer into an elite academy for the nobility—yet she finds herself constantly ridiculed by her peers as a "nouveau riche brat." One day, she meets Kitaōji Tsutomu-hiko, a member of the "fallen nobility" who comes to stay at the Higashigane estate to serve as both her etiquette tutor and student-servant.
