Orris Root no Gin no Koeda

Orisroot is a small country located on the border between the magical kingdom of Ravansara and the great kingdom of Kalamasroot. Founded 200 years ago to resolve the conflict between Ravansara and Kalamasroot, this small nation now sends out "Emissaries of the Golden Bough" all over the world to solve various problems regardless of nationality.

Ariane, a young boy studying at the Sylvain Academy, which trains future messengers of the Golden Bough, and his classmates Fennel and Vincennes, are given a "Silver Twig" brooch and a mission by the headmaster. Their mission is to guide Princess Rosmarin, who is in Labansara, to the academy. However, "Princess Rosmarin of Labansara" shares the same name as a sorceress who committed various evil deeds 300 years ago. While searching for Princess Rosmarin at their destination, Ariane becomes possessed by the spirit of Princess Rosmarin, who was executed 300 years ago.
