Game developer Mikoto Sato, who worked for a black company, dies of exhaustion while developing an Otome game. When she wakes up after her death, she is Ruchir, a character from the game "Jewel Supporter," which she had created before her death. However, Ruchiru is a small fry character who is supposed to die quickly during the tutorial.
