This is the official spin-off comic adaptation of the horror mystery adventure game, "Paranormasight: The Seven Mysteries of Honjo, FILE 23"!!

The setting this time is Sumida Ward, Tokyo, shortly after the events of the Seven Mysteries of Honjo. The story follows a girl, the protagonist, who gets caught up in a certain urban legend in northern Tokyo, and the psychic girl, Miyo Kurosu, as they encounter a new supernatural phenomenon—!?

This "completely new Paranormasight story," written by the same staff who worked on the main game, is brought to you with artwork by Hinase Momoyama.
