Republic of Haedongmoon (ROH), a nation in the 21st century under the dictatorship rule of Supreme Leader Kwon Ilhyuk.

In his attempt to seek revenge for his fellow comrade, Jeong Ryujin, a lowly member of the anarchist group White Tiger, takes on a demanding mission where he gets arrested by the Special Ops unit known as the Disciplinary Squad (DS). DS Commander Shin Haebeom is a sociopath willing to use any means possible in order to achieve his ambitions.

In order to bring about the demise of the Kwon royalty, who executed his parents and sent his life into the depths of hell, he has been planning his revenge while putting his own life at stake. Shin Haebeom invokes the past memory of the execution of Ryu Yeonbi, Jeong Ryujin’s sister, who was once not only a top idol but also a political icon. This pressures Jeong Ryujin to join his cause for revenge against the Royal family, thus leading Jeong Ryujin to betray White Tiger and hold hands with Shin Haebeom.

Together, their goal is to have Jeong Ryujin approach and completely ruin the life of their target, Kwon Sehyuk, the royal prince who is currently first in line to succeed.
