Orokamono no Mibun

is a comic adaptation of Jun Nishio's novel. The original work won the 2nd Oyabu Haruhiko Newcomer Award. Mamoru, a young semi-criminal gangster, impersonates women on social media to extract personal information from people, then finds people in financial difficulty and offers them the sale of their family registers. One day, Takuya, a senior colleague whom Mamoru admires, suddenly disappears. Mamoru is heartbroken when he learns that Takuya has been punished for stealing money from a friend. Then, Takuya sends Mamoru a message about the location of the hidden money. This is a crime drama depicting a group of semi-criminal gangsters lurking in the dark side of the family register business.
