Henshuu Joou

Hiratoji Kurumi is a new employee at a large publishing company. She starts her training by working at a bookstore to familiarize herself with the products. During her short time at the bookstore, she meets an odd women who seems to be unusually passionate about books.

She lands her dream position of being placed in the manga division when she is recruited by the Comic Cores seinen manga magazine. It ends up that that weird lady from the bookstore is actually one of the editors named Kawashima. Kurumi learns the ropes of the industry from Kawashima and hilarity ensues.
