Nankai Trough Kyodai Jishin

The Nankai Fault is predicted to have a 70-80% probability of a major earthquake occurring within 30 years. According to the worst-case scenario, the magnitude of the earthquake will exceed 9.0 on the Richter scale, and if it occurs, it will surely be a major disaster that will plunge all of Japan into chaos. The damage caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake is still fresh in our minds, and some predict that the scale of damage from a massive Nankai Fault earthquake could be as much as 10 times that of the Great East Japan Earthquake. What will happen to Japan if something like that actually occurs? What should we do to prepare for that possibility?
