Ichika Izumiya, a clinical psychologist, works at the Miyamasuzaka Mental Clinic in Shibuya, hiding the fact that she can see spirits. Ichika's peaceful life is threatened by the arrival of a mysterious young man, Midori, who holds her secret in his hands! Half-intimidated, Ichika accompanies Midori on an "investigation" of a haunted place. There is a scramble intersection in Shibuya, a tunnel deep in the mountains, and a closed clinic.

Accompanied by Tama, a kijitora cat shikigami, the two begin their scary and lively ghost extermination.
