Shuumatsu Train Doko e Iku?

Due to the “7G Incident,” the world has changed completely, affecting places, people, and living creatures. Four girls set out on a journey by train to the outside world, not knowing if they will return alive, in order to meet their missing friends. What awaits them at the end of this train ride to the end of the world?
