A hot-blooded youth boat racing comic in which Gosuke Ichijo, the leader of a motorcycle gang, becomes a boat racer and confronts his destined rival. Gosuke Ichijo, who was riding out of control on his motorcycle, challenges Hayato Hongo, the driver of a sports car that passed in front of him, to a deadly chicken race. After being defeated by Hongo's drive technique, Gosuke later learns that Hongo is a boat racer and heads to the world of boat racing to challenge him once again...!?
