Although he conquers the world’s tallest mountains, he himself is of unknown origin—hearsay has it that he is of Japanese descendance.

His extraordinary skillset as a rock and ice climber have singlehandedly turned him not only into a legend among local tribes of the Himalaya mountain range but also a highly sought-after lifesaver—even when it comes to the most desperate of situations where other ascensionists have already given up all hope. Regardless, K is not in it for the money. He perceives of mountains as both an opportunity for personal growth and a way of strengthening his bond with mother nature herself, utilizing the lessons learned from regional mountain folk and by observing animal behaviour to solve the increasingly more difficult challenges thrown at him by the eight-thousanders.
