Shut Hell

Beginning of the 13th century, Western Xia state in Chinese mainland.

In those days existed a woman warrior named Shut Hell, the Evil One, feared even by the Mongols, reputed the strongest army in history.

At first she was just a normal Tangut soldier, but after coming close to death so many times she found a superhuman strength in herself.

On the other side Yurul, a young Mongol prince, is fascinated by the Tangut, his enemies' writing script, and is worried for their future…

Centuries later a Japanese high school student named Shudo is haunted by a vivid dream of a battlefield...

Is there some sort of bound between these completely different lives ? Will they manage to overcome the obstacles surrounding them ?
