Tatakae Gunjin-kun

The army to which young soldier Yoshida belongs one day enters into combat with Martians, and Yoshida, along with his comrades including a sergeant, an eccentric character, and housewife soldier Terumi Ishii, sorties to Mars aboard the spaceship, the Suffocation. Overcoming difficulties such as confusion on the unfamiliar Martian battlefield and interference from a flower girl, they massacre a large number of Martians, and are even thanked by the resurrected Martians for their "good death." But even after returning from Mars, Yoshida and his comrades' battles are far from over. With a mad scientist commander and strict twin generals joining the ranks, Yoshida's battlefield life continues.
