Haruna was a Magical Girl who fought against evil to protect the smiles of the people.

One day, however, a mysterious magic circle transports her to a strange, unknown world. In this realm—where the concept of a "Magical Girl" does not exist—the Demon King once defeated by a Hero is showing signs of resurrection, and the land is overrun by hordes of magical beasts.

Realizing that evil is stealing people's smiles in this world as well, Haruna stands alone against a massive swarm of beasts threatening to annihilate a village.

No matter how covered in wounds she becomes, no matter how drenched in blood she gets, she never stops smiling as she obliterates evil. And so, the legend of the "Magical Girl" begins to etch itself into the history of this other world.
