Outer Q is an entertainment web magazine where anything is possible as long as it is an interesting article. Wanzawa, a new writer in the editorial department, is suffering from a lack of material. Then he remembers an urban legend about a “dewy-eyed beast” that used to make children tremble, and begins to cover the story.
