Rika Mikimoto is a TV personality nicknamed ``Thursday Rika'' because she is a regular performer on Channel 5's Thursday program. However, the truth behind her is that she is a talented and beautiful sniper who is the only woman in the world to win the Nobel Prize for Murder!! During the recording of a program hosted by Rika, the director of the Finance Ministry's Bureau of Public Accounts, who was a guest, was approached by someone. A major incident occurred in which he was shot dead. Moreover, Rika herself is wanted as a suspect.
