Zero Tester

Based on the original 1973 sci-fi anime by Sunrise and Crystal Art Studio (Studio Nue), a creative, psychological horror retelling bounds forward based off of Ryosuke Takahashi's script.

In the far off future, man's advances in technology have lead to a boundless future full of prosperity and growth. However, due to the machinations of the sadistic, cybernetic race of aliens known as the Armanoids, man faces total annihilation and replacement.

A team of 3 extraordinary individuals from different backgrounds are hired by the controversial Dr. Tachibana to defend Earth from alien invasion. Due to the no-sum battles they face, they are deemed "Zero Testers" - agents who take on jobs with a 0 probability of survival. Will the Zero Testers defeat the Armanoids or will mankind be obliterated?
