Cop in Tokyo

A boy who posted a pink leaflet on the street has been taken to the Nishi Tamagawa Police Station Regional Division. The boy turns out to be Kagami's junior. After the interrogation, Kagami, accompanied by Okazaki, a senior female police officer, goes to remove the leaflets with a boy younger than him. There, Okazaki finds a drug addict and chases after him, but ends up getting injured. Seeing Okazaki like this, Kagami can't contain his anger, ignores orders from his superiors, and pursues the criminal alone...
