After evacuating the library from the chaos of the Battle for the Library, Director Nico Argent reopened her library operations in Tsukino-cho 2-chome.

Every time permission to access the books in her collection arrives, she and her secretary, Chasha 606, venture into the surprisingly spacious magical library, which is quite different from its exterior, in search of the book they are looking for. This is the story of how they run the library.
