How to Coexist with a Catgirl

In a near-future Japan, the half-human neko population is dwindling. To prevent extinction, the government launches the Cohabitation Program, pairing a human with a neko partner to encourage teenage love which will hopefully lead to marriage and the urge to settle together and have a family, in turn increasing the birth rates.
